identification, Establishing targets and tolerances, Control measures,
Monitoring procedures, Corrective actions and Records.
- Assistance with incorporating HACCP control measures into your existing
systems.
- HACCP verification, audits and reviews.
Retailer Specification Writing
- Completing customer technical specifications on your behalf, or training your employees to correctly do so.
- Experience of all the major retailer specification formats and systems including: Tesco Technical Library, Asda
Aspect,
Sainsburys Inspire, Morrisons Enterprise, Waitrose WRSpec, Somerfield SKSPP, Hamilton Grant,
Agentrics/QSA, RedSky/Micros, etc…
- Good knowledge of food labelling and other legal requirements.
- Calculating nutrition information and composing legal ingredient declarations.
Project Management
